By placing an order with Amiya & Co., you acknowledge and agree to the policies and terms associated with purchasing customized and made-to-order products.

Custom Products

All Amiya & Co. products are created according to the information, photographs, wording, colors, themes, and other details provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information and custom design mockups for accuracy before providing final approval. Once a design has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Customer-Provided Images, Logos & Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, permissions, or authorization to use any photographs, logos, trademarks, artwork, names, graphics, or other materials submitted to Amiya & Co. for reproduction.

By submitting such materials, the customer represents that they are authorized to request their use in the custom product.

Amiya & Co. reserves the right to decline any design request or submitted material at our discretion.

Colors & Product Appearance

Digital mockups are intended to provide a representation of the finished design. Colors may appear slightly different between computer or mobile screens and the final printed product due to differences in screen settings, printing processes, materials, and production methods.

Minor variations that naturally occur during custom production are not considered defects.

Turnaround Times

Any design, production, or shipping timeframes provided by Amiya & Co. are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Unexpected production issues, order volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect completion or delivery times.

Shipping

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's processing and transportation times.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing their order.

Final Sale Policy

Because Amiya & Co. products are customized and made to order, all sales are final, subject to the terms of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refund Policy 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Amiya & Co., each item is custom-designed and made specifically for you. Because our products are personalized and made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

By placing an order with Amiya & Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Misspelled names or incorrect numbers submitted by the customer

  • Photo quality issues resulting from low-quality images provided by the customer

  • Color variations between digital mockups/screens and the finished printed product

  • Orders that have already entered production

  • Customer dissatisfaction with details that were shown and approved on the final mockup

Custom Design & Mockup Approval

For products requiring a design mockup, customers will receive a digital mockup for review before production begins.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all photos, names, spelling, numbers, colors, wording, placement, and other design details before providing approval.

Once you approve your final mockup, you are confirming that the design is correct and authorizing Amiya & Co. to begin production.

Once a design has been approved and production has begun, the order cannot be changed, canceled, exchanged, or refunded.

Cancellations

Because design work begins after payment is received, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Once custom design work has started, payments are non-refundable due to the time and creative work already invested in your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While all custom sales are final, we want you to receive the product you approved.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from your approved design due to an error by Amiya & Co., please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

After review, Amiya & Co. may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or correction when applicable.

Damage caused after delivery, normal wear and tear, improper use, or customer-provided information is not considered a production error.

Shipping

Amiya & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Agreement to Policy

By submitting payment and placing an order with Amiya & Co., you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to our refund, cancellation, customization, and mockup approval policies.
